steps, active minutes no updating on laptop dashboard...just getting the waiting arrow going in a circle

Hello @jd09911 and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I’m misreading what you wrote.  If you are trying to sync your Charge 5 with your laptop, you can’t.  You must sync with your phone or tablet.  If you’re trying to view synced data on your web dashboard at fitbit.com, try logging out then log back in.  Or try a different browser.

 

If this doesn’t help you, can you ask your question a different way?

Thank you for your response. I had a small android tablet that I use now
for Fitbit. What I understand is that Fitbit works better with android
than windows. From my recent experience, that seems true. All data comes
up on the android tablet. Thanks again.
