Where is it?   I saw a suggestion to tap “Steps” to see but where is THAT?  Clearly others have had the problem.  I see only today.  It tracks everything else.

To better assist you, would you mind confirming if the steps are not showing on in the Fitbit app or your Charge 5 itself? If the steps are missing on your Fitbit app, but your Charge 5 is properly syncing and transferring other data, maybe the tile is hidden. To solve this, please follow the steps below: 

 

  1. On the Today tab, tap Edit.
  2. To add a stat tile, swipe down and find the stat you want to add tap Add. To hide a stat tile, tap the X icon on the stat you want to remove.
  3. Tap Done.

I meant that the history of my steps is not showing on my app.

I tapped Edit but I still don’t see that stat! Very frustrating. “Additional stats” to add only show Blood and glucose and Menstrual Health.

The reason I bought the charger 5 is to track my steps over time. Only see today’s stats.
