Steps not displaying on the app

For some reason the number of steps stopped displaying starting on Tuesday. All settings look fine.

Are the rest of your stats showing properly in the App?  Is the Steps tile set at zero? 

Have you had problems connecting to Bluetooth or syncing it?

Would it be possible to upload a screenshot please?

Sorry for the slow reply. I am now seeing steps, but it doesn't log floors. The bluetooth links fine, but it doesn't always sync, even when it is within a foot of my iphone. My old charge 2 seems to pick up everything without a problem and I'm beginning to wonder if I have an issue with the charge 5. I'll work with it more tomorrow and change it out Sunday for my charge 2 and see what I can log. I'll post pictures this weekend as well.

I’m afraid it won’t log floors because it doesn’t have an altimeter like the previous models did.  Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Lots if people are upset about it.

Are your other stats showing properly now?

Thanks for the news. Everything seems to be working, but I'm going back to my Charge 2 now. Sad that they didn't include such a useful data point.
