Steps not showing on Fitbit after 10K steps, intermittent lack of step count display

I've had my Charge 5 about 2 months and pretty much since the beginning I've had intermittent issues with steps not showing on the Fitbit - but they're still being tracked. It'll show a symbol or letter and sometimes a single-digit number will increase next to it.

In the past month or so I've noticed that whenever I hit 10K steps it stops showing the number of steps on the watch, again it'll show a weird symbol or letter.

In the past I found the only solution to this problem was to reset my fitbit completely, delete and re-add it to the app. But it seems ridiculous if I would have to do this at any regular interval.

Hi, @danniro this looks an error in the clock face you have chosen.  I would recommend selecting a different clock face and the problem should go away.  You need to change your clock face on the app.  From the opening, Today, screen on the app click on the small icon top left (smart phone and watch icon).  On the next screen click on Charge 5 and then select gallery and then clock faces.  Choose a different clock face (or if you really like this one try reloading it in case that fixes the error - if not, choose a different clock face).

Be sure to sync your Fitbit whenever you make any changes in the app.
