Steps per hour is different on the phone than on Charge 5

My Fitbit registered 11 hours of 250 steps but my phone only registered 5 hours of 250 steps. How to fix this?

Hi, I appreciate the information you've provided about this inconvenience with your Steps per hour information, @chicagomom.  

 

If you haven't done so already, please make sure to complete a three pulse restart procedure. In case the problem is related to the Fitbit app, please try the following steps as well: 

 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the correct information.
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
  • Make sure your phone's operating system and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version available.
