Fitbit is definitely cheating. Been sitting and 11380 steps just changed to 11422!! That's very disappointing. What else is false (I am ready to conclude sleep is wrong).
I just this minute checked and its noe saying 11429!!!

Hi @errolpowwll  these are wrist based devices and any hand movement like waving, typing, playing guitar or a number of things can cause unwanted steps. On the other hand, pushing a stroller or cart, holding something close to your chest or putting a hand in your pocket causes fewer steps to be counted. You can remove any steps you feel you didn't earn by following these directions - click to read the article

It's on your wrist.  Do you really expect it to be that precise to be worrying about 49 steps?  It's not like steps really affect anything except step count; that has no bearing on calorie burn or active minutes.  Step count is really just a leftover from the days when that was all that could be measured, before heart rate measurement, and pedometers were worn on your belt.  That's where you need to wear it to get a more precise step count, on a clip on your belt but then forget about heart rate measurement.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
