I ordered my fitbit 3 weeks ago and it keeps getting pushed back on the processing date. How big is this backlog? Think I wil get before Christmas. Dang.

Right now, the Charge 5 is on back order and based on what the Fitbit Store shows, it's supposed to ship on 9/1/23. I hope you understand and let me tell you that your paciest is truly appreciated.

I wonder if it has to due with all the Charge 5's that got bricked because of firmware updates.....hmmmm.....if only customers were kept up to date instead of being ignored....

Ordered a Charge 5 in blue on July 17th. Latest estimate I received for a ship date was "end of September"... Good luck!
