My Fitbit has suddenly developed a blank screen - but it is still syncing and appears to be working otherwise. Have tried reset (pushing USB button three times) and it vibrates whenever button pressed but it has not fixed the problem. Logo not appearing. Nothing changing. Help please.

Did you have to have an active warranty on the Fitbit for them to send you a replacement?

I happen to get everything I need to get straight my self. I could not get the sleep app to work on my Android phone well I did research and fixed it myself. Sometimes it is better to figure out the problem are self then to ask support. Because all they do is make it much worse then it has to be. I have had this problem for months with no help just excuses after excuses to me that is poor customer service.
That is good that you were hesitant to give out your address can't be to careful these days.
