When I use my phone app, especially when changing clock faces, i get repeated pop up notifications that my watch has disconnected. I'm still able to download new faces to the watch, and the data in the app and the watch appear synced. So even if the watch is disconnecting, it's not causing a problem. What is annoying though is having to constantly click "okay" on these pop-ups. Is this a glitch? Is it something in my settings? Wish I could click something like "don't tell me again" when I get these notifications.

Try updating the Fitbit app. The latest version is 3.54 and seems to have stopped the pop ups (at least for me and a few other users).
This is the case for iOS. I’m not 100% sure about Android though…
Oh! I just checked and there’s an even newer one: 3.55 available. I’d recommend updating your App.
