I recently switched from a Fitbit 2 to Fitbit 5. I used to receive a weekly status by email with my Fitbit 2, but it stopped with the Fitbit 5. I checked my online account and the notification by email is still checked. Please provide reason for this issue and how to resolve it. Thanks in advance.

Hello @kcdawg
I'm not sure why that's happened. Have you checked your Spam folder? I've found that some of my Fitbit notifications go there sometimes.
Are you using the same email address? If so, how about trying the old 'switching it off and then back on again' in Settings on the Dashboard, just to see.
Other than that, I'm not sure why it's happening.
Hopefully someone else can jump in if they have any other ideas or suggestions.

Hi @Wibby
Thanks for your suggestions. Yes, I'm using the same email address and the spam folder was empty. I just switched the notification for the weekly status from on to off, saved and then back on again, saved. I have my fingers cross that will fix it.

Hi @Wibby
Switching the notification for the weekly report on/off and back on again worked. I just received the weekly summary report in my email. 😊
Thanks again.

I don't understand how to switch the notification on and off. On my screen for notifications, is merely says "Nothing new" Can someone help?
