Stuck in swim lock and now on logo screen

My Charge 5 would not come out of Swim Lock mode (yes, I was hitting the screen, not just tapping firmly) so I let the battery discharge completely. When I connected it to the charger after 4 days, the logo screen came up and it's  stuck there. Pressing the button on the charger to reset it doesn't do anything. It will not sync in this state either.

Hello @Jsgoings and welcome to the Community.  Just to clarify one thing.  You need to press the button 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses, to restart a Charge 5.  You were very clear about trying to turn off the water lock.  If you followed the restart correctly, and tour device is still frozen, please contact Support.

I'm having a similar problem.... when you say press the button 3 times... what button?

Hello @Swhitley and welcome to the Community.  The button is in the USB end of the charging cable.
