Like so many others on here, my battery life has suddenly gone from lasting ten to fourteen days on a full charge, down to just over an hour, rendering it unusable. It's only 13 months old. This has nothing at all to do with how it is used and cared for, as I keep it clean, and don't even get it wet. It's a definite fault of the charge5. I realise that no battery lasts forever, but the sudden overnight drop in battery performance after 13 months is something that Fitbit should be very concerned about. As I did not buy mine from somewhere on their 'list', they don't feel obliged to replace this faulty item. So after many years of loyalty, persevering with many different models of fitbit, this one will be going in the bin, the collection of straps will be going on eBay, and I will start researching health & fitness trackers that are not such a drain on my bank account.
