Suggestions for pole fitness tracker

Hi, I (37/F/UK) would appreciate suggestions for a watch and an app please.

The workouts I would like to track are pole fitness, aerial hoop and I also go on bike rides.

I’ve been looking at a Fitbit, specifically a Charge 5 as I like the stress feature.

I have an iPhone.

I have never owned a smart watch or fitness tracker before.

Hi, @drimit , it is possible to track any activity you like on any of the currently available Fitbit.  If your particular workout is not available as an immediate “shortcut” it can simply be tracked as a workout and then categorising it later in the Fitbit app.  I know folks who track piano playing, panic attacks, and meditation sessions, as well as all manner of physical exercises.  The web based dashboard area on your account allows you to create “custom workouts” which are then available to you in the app.

So really it is a matter of what features in a smart watch/ fitness tracker most important to you.  If you go here you can compare features on different Fitbits.

I hope this helps!  Welcome to the forums.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
