Support for finnish language

Hi, 

 

I have charge5.  The device and App are in english despite having put Finland as region and disabled automatic region detection.  Does the app support finnish language? If yes, what should i do to get it in finnish?

Hello @Raisaranta 

 

I'm not sure about the language support but I do know that if you change your location and language, you need to update your Charge 5 by connecting it to the power and syncing.  When you go back a screen after choosing the new location, it says an update is available and then you follow the steps. 

 

Have you already tried that? 

 

Finland doesn't come up as an option on mine so I can't try to do a test to check.

 

Maybe someone in Finland will see this and be able to tell you.
