Hi everyone,
my Fitbit Charge 5 died yesterday (black screen at 40% charge; no green laser on the back no more; already tried all the trouble shooting options several times both yesterday and today).
So I want to contact support, but the only support they offer is on menstrual health tracking?

When I replaced my Fitbit last year I remember I was walked through a proper process at the end they send a replacement. EU customer here, I still fall under 2 year warranty.

Update: So with GOOGLE Chrome this is not working. I installed Firefox just to be sure, and its working there. Really frustrating experience. Thanks again for the support.
