Support won’t respond and hours for phone call are incorrect

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I need to return my Fitbit charge 5 under warranty which the screen stopped working after 2months, their Twitter/X support doesn’t respond at all and I’ve called multiple times during their phone support hours only for it to say to call back during business hours but won’t say what business hours are exempt to refer to the website which is incorrect. Please help as this support is hopeless

Hi @Divid  there is a banner at the top of the forum pages. "We are experiencing extremely high contact volume right now and estimated wait times will be higher than normal. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide support as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please visit our Help Center for troubleshooting articles. "

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

I’m sorry but the call centre still says it’s closed despite being within business hours and nobody is responding on X, it’s just absolutely horrible customer service for a faulty product that’s not of my doing, it’s always the same line you’ve given that ‘higher then usual volume’ which is just code for we haven’t hired enough staff to provide adequate customer service

@Divid  I'm not a Fitbit employee, just one of many members of the forums who try to help out. All you can do is keep trying and hope to reach someone.

Hello @Divid

Unfortunately there were multiple factors affecting the service center recently, including the hours long Fitbit outage on Wednesday (11 Oct 2023) which impacted logging in & syncing, Charge 6 and Pixel Watch 2 users new to Fitbit trying to setup their accounts & devices, and apparently an outage on X earlier today (13 Oct 2023).

As @Odyssey13 suggested, please continue to try to contact Fitbit support until you get through.
