I'm now on my 4th charge 5. Great device when working but they are only lasting 3 months on average before the battery fails to hold a charge.

You're not the only one. Lots of complaints. I bought a Fitbit Sense. I'm probably going to sell the Charge 5 when they send the new one. Shame because it was such a great device til the battery failed.
