Swim laps no longer on app

On my last swim about 4 weeks ago the app showed the number of lengths and the distance swam. It now doesn't show the lengths after updating to 4.26.1. How thought this was a good idea? Please revert the swim function back to how it was - I shouldnt have do the calculation myself. Or,maybe it's time to ditch Fitbit for a proper tracker like Garmin?

Hello @Notlobian

There's been an issue with exercise data syncing on the Fitbit side. The team is aware of the problem and has been working on fixing it.

That said, there's an update for the Android Fitbit app, ver 4.26.1, that started rolling out today, 25 Sep 2024. I got the update this morning. Although I haven't seen any confirmation yet, I'm hoping that this update fixes the exercise data syncing problem.

The app updates tend to rollout in waves. If you don't see the update right away, keep checking.

So far, I haven't seen any posts about an update for iOS Fitbit app. I suspect one should be rolling out soon, if not at the same time as the Android app.
