Switching Fitbit to Google account

How can I tell if I have switched my Fitbit account to Google?  I keep getting notices, but I think I already switched the account.

Let me help you with your inquiry about how to find out if you have switched your Fitbit account to Google.

The easiest way to find out you haved already moved your Fitbit account to google, is by doing the following:

  • Open the Fitbit app.
  • Sign in to your Fitbit account.
  • Tap Settings settings icon and then Move account.

If you don't see this option, that means you have already moved your account to google. This being said, you should always log into your Fitbit account using your google credentials.

Thank you for your message. Open your Fitbit app. On the main screen, did you see a gear icon in the upper right corner or your initials (or profile picture)?

If you see the gear icon, you have not switched yet. Otherwise, you switched!
