Hello, I have a Fitbit charq5 device. When I open the Bluetooth, no information appears in the phone unless I open the Wi-Fi.. I mean, the Bluetooth connects to the device, but the information such as heart rate and other things does not appear... I mean, when I wake up in the morning and want to know information about my sleep, no information appears unless I opened the wifi network.. bluetooth alone does not show anything

Hi @hussien87safwan  the Charge 5 information area, including the user manual and set up article can be found here - click to go there. See if anything in the set up article helps you out. Bluetooth is how the device syncs, but it is not actually connected to your bluetooth. Let us know how things go for you.
