Hi there,
Enjoyed a few months with my Charge 5 which I really love using, however a few days ago it stopped syncing sleep & exercise, it continues to sync steps & heart rate immediately with no issues.
I've followed all the Fitbit trouble shooting steps for devices that won't sync (Toggling bluetooth on/off, restarting Fitbit, updating the app etc.) and have spoken with an agent, no luck so far.
I think the problem is that the Fitbit does sync just fine, just not all the information! (Sleep & workouts). The Fitbit itself also records the information like steps, workouts and heart rate just fine. There's a disconnect with some of this info showing on the app and as a result feeding into health metrics, stress management etc.
I think the reason this is so frustrating is that I love the device. I had a Charge 3 with screen issues for years and have enjoyed the upgrade. If anyone has had this issue and has found a fix I'd really appreciate it! Thanks 🙂

I am having the exact same problem with the charge 5.
I’ve tried all the “rebooting” steps and quick fixes.
