Bought wife the new Charge 5. She is unable to sync to her Iphone 6. Is there a way to sync to a laptop computer running Windows 10?

Hello @Dadslost and welcome to the Community.  I’m sorry, but the Fitbit app for Windows 10 was deactivated last month.  Even if it were still active, you couldn’t set up a Charge 5 with Windows 10.  Your wife’s phone is too old to support the minimum iOS.  You are technically out of luck on this matter.  Sorry.

No, the Fitbit app for Windows 10 has been completely deactivated.  And for clarification purposes, the Charge 5 isn’t compatible with the dongle.  There’s no way it can help you.
