It's a continuous nuisance this product. Every couple weeks it decides to stop syncing. I've tried everything, customer support it's supposed to have a live chat 24/7 and it doesn't work either. WORST PRODUCT EVER!

It doesn't work neither with my iPad or with my Android phone. Any idea what to do before I burn this thing up?!

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
