Terrible quality and customer service

After I bought a new charge 5 a year ago it stopped working after 6 months the screen stopped working at all. I contacted customer service and they claimed the devices warranty wasn't valid bc I bought it through an unauthorized third party. I bought it from Company (A) (i was flagged saying im not allowed to mention the company) store which was fitbits first listed authorized provider. They said not our problem it's (A)s problem. (A) said no we are an approved seller and the warranty still applies and fitbit should replace it. I argued back and forth with fitbit until I finally put (A) support and fitbit support in the same email and then fitbit finally agreed to honor their warranty with a little accountability support from (A). They sent me a replacement fitbit charge 5 that also stopped working after 6 months. This time the battery wont hold a charge. They said the original  purchase date which has now been a year was the end of the warranty and offered me a discount to buy a new one. Why would a purchase another product when I've just had 2 that didn't even last close to a year mixed with terrible customer service?
