Hi.
my charge 5 notification work for all apps and calls. The only issue is it doesn’t work for my text messages. I have checked the setting turned them off and on whilst syncing again. I have also tried removing Bluetooth and starting it all up again and still only text messages do not work. I also now have a new iPhone and it doesn’t work on this phone as well as my old one.
anyone any ideas how to sort this

Hi there, @Lawson1922. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out.
While reading your post I was wondering (since you're an iOS user) if the text messages your Charge 5 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
