Self explanatory.

ZFold 3, got the Charge 5 yesterday.

Now, the health metrics are blank.

Ideas?

Thank you for reading.

This sucks. I should have just gone with the luxe. 😞

@Odyssey13 Not sure why you merged my post. It was a lot more clear for new people looking for the charge 5 that this feature is now behind a paywall.

Now it's lost in this post

But even behind the paywall, they don't work.

That's what makes it even worse.

Pay for a service that supposedly they offer, only to get a blank eff to you in return.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for sharing what you're experiencing with the Health Metrics tile. I see where your frustration is coming from.

I appreciate the screenshot attached. Take into consideration that the Health Metrics tile is available with Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit Inspire 2, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 2, and Fitbit Versa 3. To see historical data and your personal range for each metric, upgrade to Fitbit Premium.

Since the tile is blank, let's try the following:

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Clear the app cache if you have an Android device

- Restart your phone

- Log back in and test the tile

If you experience difficulties after trying the above, let me know the phone model, OS installed and the Fitbit app version.

Hope this helps.

I don’t have a tile at all. Nothing on the today screen and nothing to add from Edit. I have tried the workflow you suggested above with no success.

iPhone XS, iOS 15.0.1

Fitbit app version 3.48 (1069)

Thanks Silvia for the clarity.

Note my frustration was with the email response that stated for the tile and any data, I would need a premium membership. Seems like they were incorrect.

I'm happy to pay for premium if I want the historical data.

Yeah I still don't either, maybe @SilviaFitbit can provide feedback.

Hi Silvia.  Thank you for the response and I'm sorry that you've had to deal with rude people on this thread.  I've performed the steps you outlined, but the tile still isn't working.  I'm using a charge 5 and I'm a premium member, the problem started as soon as I switched from the charge 4 to the charge 5.

Android OS, SW is up to date

Samsung S8

Fitbit app version 3.48 (20263602)

I spoke to premium support earlier today and they escalated the ticket to tier 2.

@SilviaFitbit Been there, done that. Twice. Same thing. I have opened an escalation with fitbit support for what it's worth.

Im wearing my charge 5 for a full week now but I still miss the health tile. It is not available by the other tile under ‘edit’, I have the latest version of the app and updated my firmware. I’m in the Netherlands that is in the list of available countries as I checked. I was using the charge 2 before. I’m not using premium, but that shouldn’t be the problem right? Any clues how I get the health tile?

Hi everyone,

Thank you for getting back. I appreciate that you've replied to the questions asked.

Our team took a look and wonder if you could try clicking on the heath metrics tile once again and see if that works?

My health tile is also missing. I’ve removed the device, updated everything and it still has not appeared.

@SilviaFitbit whatever was done on the server side, it now seems to be working.
3 Categories have now appeared 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day and all with data going back to fitbit 4's metrics.

Yay!
Thank you fitbit tech support!
Much appreciated.

Happy times 🐱

It's a known issue right now and support believes they have identified the issue. No eta on the fix yet but hopefully it won't be too long.

I have tried this and it doesn't work. I've tried lots of things. I spent time with Fitbit support yesterday and was told Fitbit are working on it and when it was fixed at the Fitbit end the tile would appear on my app. The frustrating thing is not to be given a time frame for getting this working properly.

------------

The problem is that there is no tile to click.

I installed fitbit app on iphone 12.
I have a charge 5 and it’s been 15 days.
I’ve tried out the solution posted in fitbit sense community page but it didn’t work for me.
Health metrics are the main reason I preordered charge 5.
