Self explanatory.
ZFold 3, got the Charge 5 yesterday.
Now, the health metrics are blank.
Ideas?
Thank you for reading.

@DavideFitbit unpairing and repairing does not fix the problem.
I don't think the technical staff is working fast enough to fix this issue as this basic functionality has been broken for over a month since the launch of the product. And they got the premium version fixed in under a week.

Another week has past and still no answer as to why health metrics are missing from tiles…
Hopefully an answer is just around the corner…

Same issue. I have a Charge 5 bought day 1 and have the health metrics tile. Bought my wife a Charge 5 last week because she wanted a watch with the health metrics. Cannot get the health metrics tile to show up. Have paired/repaired, uninstalled the app, reinstall, etc. No luck. This is on an iphone with IOS 15.
About to give up and just return the fitbit.

I have the same issue. Still no health metrics tile. I cleared the cache. Reinstalled the app. Rebooted my phone, etc. Any other steps that I can try?
Fitbit really ought to fix this issue, there has been enough time
It's been 2 months.... Still nothing

I have the same problem with the missing "Health Metrics tile" and I do not want to activate the Premium account.
My solution: Return the Fitbit Charge 5 to Amazon before my return period runs out 🙂
Sorry Fitbit !!!

Another comment to my perilous post:
How can I test all the functions of the "Fitbit Charge 5" if they are not available when purchased? - see Amazon guarantee and returns policy

I give up. You have people who have been waiting more than 2 months for a
fix. You don't seem to care about your customers. Anyway, returning the
Charge 5 and buying my wife the apple watch 7. As soon as my Charge 5
stops working (they last about a year) I'll be moving on to apple as well.
You lost two customers for life today.

Just now, without doing anything, the health metrics tile magically appeared on the app for me. I can only assume fitbit support finally found the bug that was making the tile unavailable for some of us. Thank you for your diligent efforts!

Hello to everyone. My health metrics tile also appeared yesterday without doing anything. Thanks for that. However, all the previous weeks we didn't have access to all these data that we paid for. Moreover, I didn't start my premium subscription earlier for not waisting money since Fitbit support couldn't solve the bug, which means I also lost the opportunity to have access to the extra data. @DavideFitbit I would ask Fitbit to offer us at least a few months extra of free Fitbit premium subscription further than the six standard months as a compensation for all the lost data we paid for. @DavideFitbit I am waiting for your reply to my request for compensation before starting my premium subscription. Thanks again for your time.

I also got health metrics tile Monday but it didn’t provide the info I was expecting on spO2 - specifically low and high #s for a night sleep…Maybe they will provide a clock face for charge 5 similar to sense that shows high & low spO2 #s…
