The app won't load my data from the last 6 days

My Fitbit Charge 5 wasn't syncing to the app.  I tried restarting the app, my phone, and finally had it forget the device and then resync it.  it's now connecting but is not showing my data from Saturday to Thursday.  I've tried restarting the app, updating the app, and restarting my phone.  

Is my data from those days just lost or does anyone have next steps for me?

I'm hoping that your data wasn't lost.

The best way to find out is to click on Dashboard at the top of the page (between Help & Store). If you see your data from the last 6 days, then your data was uploaded to your account in the cloud and not lost. If you don't see any data, then it probably was deleted when you following the troubleshooting steps for your syncing issues.
