I received a Fitbit Charge 5 in January 2023, for my birthday. There's a black thing on the back that is coming off, . Is this something that is suppose to come off? Yes, my Fitbit has the extra warranty.

try getting with customer support. There are no repairs for these devices. Nice you have a picture to show them!
