The back part of my Charge 5 is coming off

I receivedFitbit.jpg a Fitbit Charge 5 in January 2023, for my birthday.  There's a black thing on the back that is coming off, .  Is this something that is suppose to come off?  Yes, my Fitbit has the extra warranty.

try getting with customer support. There are no repairs for these devices. Nice you have a picture to show them!

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.
