The black screen of the bracelet has no response

I synced the bracelet yesterday and the battery is fully charged. Starting this afternoon, the bracelet suddenly went black and there was no response. The charging screen was also black, and there was no charging display or charging vibration prompt.. Can I replace it after less than a year of use.. My 3rd generation bracelet was replaced by the 5th generation after almost 4 years of use due to a broken battery..

Hello & welcome @shuaishen

I'm sorry to see you have having trouble with your Charge 5. Here are 2 troubleshooting steps to try.

Restart your device/bracelet using the charging cord that came with your Charge 5. Click here for instructions: How to Restart Charge 5

Sometimes changing the clock face will fix the bracelet so it will respond again. If that works, you can change the clock face back to the one you like. Click here for instructions: How to Change the Clock Face

If these do not work, you should contact Fitbit support. Since your Charge 5 is less than 1 year old, they should offer to replace the tracker. Hopefully, this link will work for: Fitbit support

Yeah this is the last FitBit I will ever purchase.  They told me the same thing when my Alta, HR, and my wifes Alta died.  Then I purchased this Charge 5.  Was working fine until yesterday when the battery would not hold charge.  Also you are supposed to tap on the screen and the clock face displays.  No such luck even though I charged it to 100%. All I have is a BLACK SCREEN AND I even changed the CLOCK FACE!  It drained out in about 30 minutes.  Bye Bye Fitbit!

Happened to me too yesterday.. I wonder if it has something to do with the update?! So many of us have the black screen situation right now!!!

So frustrating, I love my Fitbit 5!!

But with them having soo much trouble... might need to research elsewhere 🤔 😕

It suddenly broke down... And the app has always prompted me to log in to my account again recently... I never used to have software that wouldn't drop accounts for a few years..
