As @RiekoC has suggested, would you mind providing us more details of your issue so we share with you the correct steps to get you back on track?
If by any chance your Charge 5 is showing the wrong time and date, may I ask if you already synced your device? Please note that the time will be wrong if your Charge 5 doesn't sync as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
If by any chance you run into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Charge 5 is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
