Hello. This morning I tried to record my workout by swiping right but it gets to ECG and it says ‘Error’ and simply does not take me to exercise screen.
I’m seems as though the screen is not tap or scroll sensitive, despite me wiping it clean. Screen is unresponsive
Any ideas good people?

As @Julia_G has recommended, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
