Fitbit Charge 5 stopped collecting Blood Sugar, O2 Levels, Heart Rate. 

Anything the sensors used to collect are no longer being collected. The LED lights are no longer detected. I had just purchased the device in September and in just 3 three months, it stopped working.

what are you (Fitbit) going to do?

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided, it's sad to hear that your three month old Charge 5 has stopped tracking your health metrics data. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with our team directly.
