The little plastic clasps that he’ll hold band in place…. GEEZ!!!

When it says “New Replacement Pebble”, do the little clasps that help hold the band in place come with it as well? I mean I’d dang sure think so but who knows anymore, is sort of what I’m finding out with all of this. I love my Fitbit Charge 5. It was gifted to me for my birthday and I am sure that’s why I am just really wanting it to be perfect because I love it and I cannot believe this happened. Freaking kinda stupid to me that it’s not easier to be able to find and fix that piece, if need be.

Yes, those clasps are integral part of the replacement pebble you've mentioned.

Hi @SunsetRunner 

As I recently learned, Fitbit refers to the tracker device as the "pebble". As Talahthas mentioned, it will come with the side clasps that connect to the wrist band. 

Hope you get your replacement soon so you can continue enjoy using your Charge 5.
