My charge 5 shut off today. I thought maybe the battery had just died and I didn’t realize it so I tried to charge it then I got a red circle with an X in it so I looked it up, followed all the steps that were listed that I could do. I finally got the red X off of there by pushing the button on my charging cord. However, now all my Fitbit is doing is just flashing the blue Fitbit logo I can’t do anything else and it won’t sync sync to my phone because it’s like it’s not even on.
