The screen doesn’t turn on even when it’s kept charging Charge 5

I have a Fitbit Charge 5, the issue I am facing is that my device display won’t turn on when I try to wake it up. I even tried the press 3 time ps on the charger to restart. When I do the restart for a moment the Fitbit logo lights up and then goes back to black nothing screen. I even kept it for charging for longer period of time even though I couldn’t see any charging indicator. I went through all the recommended troubleshooting mentioned in the forum but nothing seems to work.

Mine just did the same thing today, and I have not had it even 2 months! I have tried press the button 3 times, the logo pops up, and the logo goes away....nothing else happens. The screen remains black. I don't know what else to do.
