Sleep score in the Fitbit App on my iPhone is different than the sleep score on my Charge 5. FitBit App has correct score.

Hello & welcome @999Issy

Sorry to see that your sleep score on your Charge 5 doesn't match the score in your Fitbit app.

Are you seeing any other mismatches between your Charge 5 & the Fitbit app? If so, then it sounds like you might have a synch issue. Click here for the Help page for: Why won't my Fitbit synch?  This page will walk you through the troubleshooting steps.

If your sleep score is the only data that is not showing correctly on your Charge 5, as annoying as it is, you probably don't need to worry too much about it. Since you said the score is correct in the app, that means the correct data has been uploaded to your account in the Fitbit cloud & is being properly tracked.

Thanks so much for your reply.
Sleep score is the only mismatch.

Hi @999Issy

Thanks for confirming that your sleep score was the only mismatch. That's good news and means there wasn't a synch problem.

Please let us know if you are seeing any other problems and we'll do our best to help.
