Third time my Charge 5 has died and can’t contact Fitbit

This is the third Fitbit charge 5 I have had in 9 months which has died. I was online to the Fitbit representative last night for an hour - he was blaming the apple update. I have since done the apple update and the Fitbit is still dead. Now I can’t reach anyone to help me. So over it. I will persist as it’s still in 12 month warranty, but how crap is a product to have it die 3 times in 9 months????

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. Please keep in contact with them, as they already have a case number they will let you know how to proceed.
