Just make sure your Fitbit Charge 5 is connected to your Bluetooth device. Once you are successfully connected to your Bluetooth your Fitbit tracker should sync to display the correct time and date. You can force sync your tracker by opening your Fitbit App and swiping downward on the screen. If your still having issues with the wrong time and date after a sync check the time zone settings on your Fitbit App. Here’s how: open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture, scroll down an tap App Settings then tap time zone. Make adjustments here if needed to reflect the time zone your in.
