Not sure how long this has been a problem. Whatever, it is not corrected by resetting.

The time should be set every time you sync with your phone.

When was the last time you synced your device?  Is the time on your phone correct?

iPhone is synched fairly often. Time on phone agrees with my iMac. I understand that Apple uses Navy atomic clock. I'm more familiar with National Bureau of Standards atomic clock.
