I have selected manually the time zone in the app. +1 GMT, but afrer syncing still display the earlier setting +8 GMT.

Thank you for sharing that you've been having this problem with your Charge 5.
If you haven't done so already, please try choosing a different time zone, then change it back to your desired time zone and sync your device again to save the changes. If you continue to have this problem, please try restarting your device as well following these steps.
