I am very disappointed that Charge 5 does not track floors!!!!!!

Hello @Riehle and welcome to the Community.  Join the crowd.  Floor tracking has always been part of the Charge family of trackers.  I didn't bookmark the page, but I saw a YouTube video that showed a technician replacing some part (can't remember which part).  I think that the ECG and EDA sensors take up space and that Fitbit couldn't put in the altimeter and keep the "Charge" tracker size.  Just a fellow user with an opinion.  No insider knowledge.
