Trained 7 days but only 5 Showing

Hi I have been active for 7 days tracked all workouts but only 5 of 7 are showing. I've logout, turned blue tooth off and turned phone on and off and still not resolving the issue.

Hi, @SunsetRunner welcome to the community, are the missing two days the most recent or are they interspersed with the complete days? It sounds as if you might or may have had a syncing issue. Hi there, Thank you for your message, I sync with no errors. At first it show 7 days and then two days become un highlighted then showing 5 days.

Hello @SunsetRunner 

When you tap on the Exercise days tile, do you see all of your completed workouts for the 7 days?

If so, that means your data was successfully uploaded to your account in the Fitbit servers and it's only the tracking in the app that's off.

I've noticed this recently as well.  On the "Exercise Days" tiles, it periodically removed days.  The tiles get bolded as the days go on and on Friday after a workout, it will say 6 of 7 ... then refresh and it says 4 of 7 and Sunday and Monday tiles are greyed out?  The workouts are still there, just the presention is erroneous.  it seems to be erratic, shut down the app and 6 of 7 will come back up and then randomly pop to 4 of 7

Hi following sync all seven days appears after a few seconds following successful sync it reduces to five days
