Transferring number of steps from Charge 4 to Charge 5

I just deactivated my Charge 4 and set-up my Charge 5.  How to I transfer the number of today's steps fron the 4 to the 5?  I tried the "edit" function on the dashboard but there was no option to enter a step value manually to the Charge 5.

Just make sure to sync one last time before you setup the 5 and your steps for the day and everything up until you did will transfer over.
