Trying to set up Charge 5 and failed. Disconnected Inspire 2 thinking that would help.

After removing the Inspire 2 and still unable to set up Charge 5 decided to set up Inspire 2 again but that wouldn't work again either.  Thought I'd remove the fitbit app and reinstall but now can't find a Microsoft fitbit app for my WIN 10 PC.

Hi @saundra125  as of October 13, 2022 Fitbit app for Windows computers no longer works. You have a compatible phone or tablet that you can use?
