Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @SunsetRunner. 

 

Thanks for sharing your inquiry about the notifications on Charge 5. 

 

In order to turn off these notifications you can go to your dashboard on the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Charge 5> Tap Notifications and go to E-mail notifications  and you'll see the option to disable this feature. You can find more information about notifications in this article as well. 

 

If you'd like to temporarily disable all notifications, you can also turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode on the settings app of your Charge 5.
