Hello,
I want to turn off location access for Fitbit app, but I'm not sure of the effect it will have on my Charge 5's GPS for when I go on runs and such. I use dynamic GPS, the default.
Will that still work, or will I have to change the GPS setting tone of the other options?

HI, welcome to the Fibit Community forums, @WilliamYES.
Thanks for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the GPS feature.
I was able to confirm that as part of the best practices when using built-in GPS, it is recommended to make sure the location permission for the Fitbit app on your phone is always allowed. You can find other requirements in this article to make sure the GPS feature works properly.
You can also review this page for more information on how to choose which apps use your phone's location.
Have a good day!
