Turning on Outlook calendar notifications also turns on email notifications - do not want

i do not want my wrist vibrating all day for every work email i receive...but i *do* want my wrist to vibrate when I have a meeting coming up. Can you fix this?

Thanks for your inquiry regarding the notifications on the Charge 5. 

To customize the notifications you receive on your device, you can go to the Fitbit app on your phone > go to your dashboard > tap on Charge 5 > tap on Notifications. You'll see the options Calendar Events and App Notifications, make sure to leave Calendar Events turned on and then go to App Notifications to disable the notifications from email apps. 

In addition, keep in mind that you can also turn on the do not disturb or driving mode setting on your phone, and you'll receive notifications but the device won’t alert you. You can view your notifications in the Notifications app.
