How do I turn the sound off on the alarms on fitbit charge 5?

@9v9z9f They must be mistaken. The Charge 5 does not produce any sound at all. Maybe they heard the vibration of the alarm? But all Fitbit alarms are considered "silent alarms" that only use vibration.

@9v9z9f The Charge 5 doesn't play sound, so there is no alarm sound for the Charge 5. All alarms are "silent" alarms that use vibration. What sound are you hearing?

Someone was complaining/commenting that the alarm was a little loud this morning for them during the Summer holidays.
