Turning wrist does not bring up watch info?

I have had the Charge 5 for a few months and received notifications with a vibration and I could also activate my screen by turning my wrist.  As of yesterday, I do t feel the vibrations for notifications and my screen will not activate with a roll of my wrist.  All of my notification are turned on in the app?  Any ideas?

Sorry to hear about your problem.  One thing to check would be if DND Mode or Sleep Mode are switched on. Scroll down from the Clock Face screen to check.

Another thing to check is whether Screen Wake is set to Auto or Manual. Auto should turn it on when you raise your wrist.

If all is as it should be, try restarting your Charge 5.  From the Clock Face screen scroll down until you get to Settings, tap, then scroll up until you get to Restart Device.  Follow the instructions.

Thanks for your insight. The sleep mode was on! I am not sure how but
changed it and now the screen acivates upon a wrist role. Thanks!💪 Dave
